We make it easy for you to pay rent on time with several convenient options:
Pay directly through your Online Tenant Portal
Use the mobile app to pay on the go
Pay with a money order or cashiers check
Pay cash at participating locations like CVS, Walmart, and Walgreens through your app, using a PayNearMe Cash PaySlip from your portal! (great for those who prefer to use cash)
Mail or drop off payments at our office’s locked payment box at: 679 Hospital Road, Commerce, GA 30529 (Absolutely NO CASH is ever accepted by our staff. Do not ever give cash or drop off cash at our office)

The fastest way to get maintenance support is by submitting a ticket through your online tenant portal. Once your request is submitted, it’s officially on our radar and will be assigned to our maintenance crew for completion.

Emergencies include:
Water intrusion or active leaks causing damage
Mold or fungal growth
AC failure when outdoor temps exceed 85 degrees
Heat failure when outdoor temps fall below 60 degrees
Electrical issues or fire hazards
Any situation that could threaten your safety or cause significant damage to the home
Please reserve the emergency line for these situations after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
Your tenant portal is your go-to hub for lease documents, payment history, and maintenance requests.
If you’re planning to renew your lease or give notice to vacate, please check your portal for options or reach out directly to our team.
Be sure to review your lease for move-out procedures and cleaning requirements to help ensure a smooth transition.

If you don’t meet minimum credit or income criteria, we may offer alternative solutions like a co-signer or additional deposits to help you secure the home you love. Qualified tenants may also enjoy a $0 security deposit option through Obligo—ask us for details!
