    We charge a small startup fee, which covers professional photography of your property and a master key system for easy access by our leasing and maintenance teams.

    Ongoing fees are based on a leasing fee plus a monthly percentage of rent collected—so we only succeed when you do.

Property Management Pricing

Transparent Pricing. Proven Value. Peace of Mind.

At Georgia Legacy Management, we believe property owners deserve clarity, fairness, and full-service support at every step. Our pricing structure is designed to reflect the high level of service and expertise we bring to your investment—while keeping things simple and straightforward.

  • Management Fee: 10% of the monthly rental income

  • Leasing Fee: $1,500 or the first month's rent (whichever is less)

  • Lease Renewal Fee: 25% of one month's rent

We offer pricing incentives for owners with more than 5 units and specialty apartment complex pricing. If you own multiple properties or a mid-sized apartment building, please contact us directly for a custom assessment tailored to your portfolio.

  • Full-service property management from marketing to move-out

  • Monthly owner statements and electronic disbursements

  • Advanced accounting and software for streamlined payments and reporting
