Emergency Maintenance (after 5 PM, weekends, or holidays): 706-708-4320

Emergencies are: safety concerns, water intrusion or leaks, electrical or fire hazards, HVAC out during extreme weather, and anything else that is a threat to the safety of tenants or to the integrity of the property. All other requests, please submit your ticket in the portal so that we can make sure it gets assigned to a maintenance team.
